I thought the animation on this was damn good

It's more on the finale and the set up for it

The creator of the show even admitted he hated how the final episode worked out

Like Genndy, the maker of Samurai Jack wanted a full movie for a finale, and worked for years to get it but he never did

Epsiodes 1-3 of season 5 to me were masterpieces, but 8,9, and 10 dropped the ball for me

I enjoyed the season as a whole and Jack's downward spiral was damn good

It's just...he spent over 50 years in the future

That's more time than he spent in his own timeline

And then everyone he knew is now just gone

Because he defeated Abuu in the present time

Im more upset by how quickly he goes back

Samurai Jack

If you dont want spoilers dont look at what we talking about my bad shouldve used spoiler tags

I thought the animation in season 5 was great, but at about episode 8 the show toned down the gore tremendously

Like we were promised an adult samurai jack show and we got it up until the last few episodes

It was kind of the fact that Akus death was played off as a joke and then Ashi just kind of dies like a day or so after he is dead because she shouldn't exist

That's what disappointed me the most. I was left confused thinking why did she last so long?

The final season had amazing moments but that was like an unfortunate end but I guess they only had one season

I was more upset at

the guardian being dead when he said "for countless eons I have gaurded this passage of time travel" meaning aku shouldve neve been able to find it. Ever
