Said that there were lots of hate mail, were expecting a divisive reaction, happy that people care so much about the older games but ask those who have been turned off 7 to stick around and hopefully change their minds

I mean it makes sense if the character is a videogame fan

maybe it's optional or you can lower the turnbased thing down

in the vid it looked like you could move around

I hope moving around actually does something and isn't just there for style

Dragon Quest XI had an option to move around but it meant literally nothing as it didn't change anything

aoe positioning or using environment and objects maybe

The developers of Yakuza use the environment a lot when in fights

So hopefully the transition to turn-based combat keeps that aspect in some ways
