What does this even mean? This is the response after sending the medal names and all other info.. Is this normal? How is it escalated..?

prob just means that someone with actual power over your problem is looking at it instead of a random dude in the support center

what happen

pfft, at least they escalated your issue

they told me "oh, we're sorry we firetrucked up, but we're not gonna compensate you because that's out of our power"

then when i called them on it, they go "ok, we're closing this ticket now, buh-bye"

(my issue was a coliseum glitch from december that prevented me from getting the gem prizes)

We are only 3 updates behind Japan

The latest one jumped us up by 2 updates

And further behind in story

I guess it's five months behind in story instead of six, at least.

Closer gap

Right now it's only a 15 mission gap

Good thing they have only been doing 5 mission updates over the past couple

This is the closest we have been ever

But they do have an update coming up

all these jewel "sales" and not a single storage sale

unbelievable

B/c they had updates w/ only five added, but when we get closer to points like that, it could be five for us unless they decided to add a more reasonable amount to help close the gap.

Just went through some and noticed that this addition for Story is the equivalent of two updates based on the jewel drop, boss, and scenes
