Sure it serves Lauriam/Marluxia’s plot in regards to his fall to darkness well enough. However, killing her forever just to boost someone’s storyline just seems...

It’s like it’s shielding her from the light like the black coats do the dark. Plus the way she levitated to the sky, & then Lauriam’s realization that she was “gone,” felt pretty final.

BUT, I still hope she’s the Nameless star in the final world
