I noticed the other day that I could evolve my renova medals

Is it worth it?

Yeah

unevolved renew medals: good buffs but no str boosts, lower str and multi, lacking overall
evolved renew medals: now includes str boosts along with the good buffs (on their supernova, too), str and multi have been buffed, much better medals
