dr was a lost cause from the beginning

with the plot that we do have from that game, it makes me wonder why its creation was ever a thing

Please don’t assume that they were losing money and then try to pass it off as an implication or fact. around the same time, they were hiring new animators, so no one really knows how many are currently on the team. ?

However, I get that conditions are less than ideal atm.

I still stand my what I said about these simple animations are not that difficult to pull together.

and i believe the stopped being able to make money at all at the same time they made the initial shutdown announcement, when they also stopped letting people purchase jewel boxes, vip, extra training slots, etc

but yeah, i don't blame them at all for needing more time. it actually annoys me to see so many people being upset about the delay because they clearly aren't doing it for anything besides making sure that they can adequately deliver the final product.

true, but it feels a bit less hands on in terms of direct disney involvement compared to the console games. most disney worlds in the game are just reiterations of the movies or the stories we see in other kh games, and even though wreck it ralph is ten times more intertwined with the direct kh lore, it's still a retelling of the film basically. i'm not sure how much of disney's involvement impacts how the game profits.

hands on or not, they’re still putting money into it. not to mention we don’t gotta worry about square since they’re a whole a$$ company.

ye the companies are fine overall, the game was gonna come to an end either way. i just hope the people working on the game directly aren’t being overworked or anything

Like the raid boosts. I remember reading they didn't stack. Only one of those 50% would be counted on top of the 30% special trait, but other than that nothing else.

@skye / angel The thing with DR tho is that once you play a quest, it becomes unplayable. So, once you finish it, you can never play it again.
