I don't get it. What's the joke.

There isn't one

Real answer: there's this non-joke about genshin impact players not being social, not showering, being the dregs of society, etc.
So folks get to make something low-effort like this for easy funny points among people who dislike genshin and its playerbase

(there's a different version where it's a league of legends screen instead of genshin)
