punk rock was not formed out of a want/need for simplicity
moreso it was a genre formed to protest and counter the popular music of that time

Apparently that roundabout has been voted "worst roundabout" multiple times by UK voters. It has a low number of accidents because "traffic moves too slowly to do serious damage in the event of a collision"
