Sorry for the very late reply, but you can just turn their customizations on a setting to support sora and they wont touch any enemies, other than projectiles rarely hitting goofy's shield, making them bounce back to the enemy.

Didn't this was in kh2 lol just started playing again ill use that for now but I am gonna a make a mod to play the entire game solo

just... turning on the setting would fix that instead of going through the whole ordeal of making a mod 😅
