Why did they make thunder surge so good and then the other surges are just like "okay"

Basic strikes trigger his time reversal ability

Beating LW without either of those is entirely doable

there are no servers at all

its local connection

but with some configurations in a special ppsspp release, you can connect to someone else on an ip address

its basically netplay

Meaning it will only connect to someone close thats playing with you?

well, i guess thats how most portable games made multiplayer by then

Square was just so damn lazy to not put online play in the ps3 ps4 versions

but now with ppsspp it can be made online

even tho the game still thinks its local

as i said, its like using netplay in any emulator

I have a regular psp is that some kind of jail break thing for it

psp has internet functions so it should be able to use this mode as well

but must be something hard, nearly impossible

Pretty sure retroarch has an online mode which acts similarly to local mode, but i haven't tried ppsspp yet since my pc can at best emulate gamecube or wii games

ppsspp is an emulator

for pc and Android

i believe only the pc version has the ability to make it online though
