why wouldn't they? you have to do the same thing over again, adding to the time

Well, because I've played games that actually do count it, increasing the play to reflect the actual time you've spent playing

I always look at it like, how long is the game without focusing on side things; like Yakuxa games, side quests take hours upon hours but the story's themselves are still pretty long. That's what I like in a game.

KH benefits from not having that in many ways, but, I think it could enhance the game a bit.

Don't tell that to the speedrunners tho lol

Seriously, I wish this was a less common problem in JRPGs. As much as I love Persona 5, the game's only barely ramped up at 30 hours in, and that's kind of a big ask of a lot of players.

You know since Lightyear came out, I thought that maybe they should make Sox a summon in KH4

Persona games as much as I love them are also really hard to replay due to had handholdy they can get at times
