Come to think of it, not much time passes between 2 & 3. The town renovated and introduced the Bistro rather quickly. I think that just lends credence to the idea that the town has a large, sustainable population.

There is no tourism in the KH universe. The worlds are cut off from each other. The vast majority of people aren’t even aware other worlds really exist.
