But here is the major difference between Dark Riku and Repliku for us:

Repliku remembers Naminé and Sora(most likely) and has went through better experiences then Dark Riku.

What me and Wyn's theory is that Since Dark Riku was born in the real org, and possibly having some of the original repliku's memories (stated on the ultima book thingy, and also somewhat remembering Naminé), we stated that Vexen tried to erase some good memories both riku and repliku had so he can be just pure evil.

Homie, his Father figure/teacher had someone spy on him because Eraqus is racist against darkness, and it shattered his confidence. Xehanort put himself in place to manipulate that.
