Honestly, yes. Terra really only failed because of a misunderstanding. Has he been given a fair test, I think he may have turned out more well adjusted.

It is not, but I’m still going to call a spade a spade. Terra was not justified in doing what he did just because he was “pissed”. Is called emotional regulation, and it’s a very prominent theme in the series.
