I would love if Kairi turns into a more "savage"and sassy character in the next games that roasts everyone

imo she's too innocent

It's silly to make her an extreme in either direction, make her a more layered character that is sassy but not "savage".

it would btw make sense for her to get more sassy (i continue this in *Spoilers* KH3 Chat bc of spoilers)

She always seemed like more of a tomboy to me, and more rebellious, stubborn, I think it's better characterisation for her to become a little more witty

Even 0.2 showed off a bit of that side of her

Yeah Kairi becoming sassy to everybody would be out of character

She is stubborn and rebellious but mostly because she just wants to help sora

Now if we went from Kh1 Kairi to a Kairi full of sass

It would be realistic

But because of how she is established in 3 and 2 it just doesnt feel right anymore

In KH1 Kairi makes alot of jokes

KH2 Kairi is written in almost the same way, but because its been a full year she has grown up a little, and plus the situation in the game didnt really warrent her to tell too many jokes

Not sure why she couldn't tell more jokes

Or be more sassy

She had plenty of opportunities

Well she was a little more emotional in KH2 because she hasnt seen either sora or Riku since KH2

I mean sure but for a relationship like the one they had in 1

I mean she does say "Sora would be totally useless without us. " in KH2

I mean yeah but there was just such a stronger character behind Kairi in 1

She still does it, just not as much

She was very sure of herself

I think its just because Kairi got very little screentime in KH2

I mean she definitley got less than in KH1

I kind of feel its that and the fact they used her as a oh no the girl character has been captured

that too, you know something I just remembered, we dont actually get a cutscene of Saix taking Kairi from Axel

Yeah actually I always kind of assumed that...that I cant remember

If Axel had knowingly betrayed the org by then youd think they would have attacked once they found him with kairi

I wouldn't say KH2 regressed her character, it was mostly static, but she also had a lot less screen time and when we did see her it was pretty much what she was like in KH1

She's a bit more aggressive in 2

I mean just about everyone is more aggressive in KH2

Perfect time to bring back the concept of Kairi beating a Heartless with a stick

I still think its so weird that at one time they were going to hold the keyblades by the chain and swing it around
