I listen to a lot of audio drama so I've heard a lot of very good voice acting. Big Finish Productions consistently produce excellent quality, and have gotten in regularly such great talent as David Warner, Sir Derek Jacobi, Sir John Hurt and that's just scratching the surface of the surface. It's the voice acting that evokes the emotions, it's true in any medium that uses audio.

I'm sure the vas we currently have can be bought up to scratch, just look at Jesse McCartney. However those actors are in a league of their own

We need more adult KH characters is the problem

if they keep making characters mostly pretty young people, we cant really get the older actors in here

I'm mainly talking the middle age crowd, so around 45-50+

David Tennant voices Scrooge in the new Duck Tales. He'd be an awesome catch for a Kingdom Hearts game, and bring over people from two different fandoms as well (Duck Tales and Doctor Who). I'd also love to hear Tom Baker in a Kingdom Hearts role. He's done some voice work as the Bendu in Star Wars Rebels, and does regular voice work as the Fourth Doctor for Big Finish, so he knows his way around a microphone.

Nathan Fillion would also be a good one. He's in the age range you mention, and has plenty of VA experience. He's also got serious cred with both sci-fi and police procedural credits, through Firefly and Castle.

An interesting thing I've just realised about Destiny Islands. You can't see the larger island, where everyone lives, from the smaller island, but from Sora's house and the beach of the larger island you can see the smaller island, and the Seashore area is one the side of the island you can see.

Yeah that is werid, but in the kh2 ending you can kinda see the large island from the small one? It's a second though so it's hard to catch

I'll try and get a screen but it seems to be that the beaches don't face each other?

When it's panning across the sea to the sky, you can catch the mainland briefly

It's looks much farther away than in-game showed it to be, though

the kh2 ending and the logo suggest the mainland is to the side of the small island

but the kairi scene it's facing it and looks pretty close, way closer than the ending
