somehow no one thought it prudent to actuaIIy test the entire game in 60fps so anything with a bar fiII was totaIIy broken

im not even sure what resolution they have on pc
these videos cant play right away. they probably have some kind of proprietary codec that only the game can read

I'm guessing for re:com, 358/2, re:coded, and bIank points on BBS, it's 720p

Back in my day we could HEAR THE FULL AUDIO OF THW FREAKIN GAME.

And i love people telling me "Oh it doesn't matter" back in the day, "so what if a few voice lines and songs are off"

atlantica is probably the reason why cutscenes are locked on 30 fps. have you seen how the songs break if you force 60 fps?

Threads being archived means that you cannot reply, it wasn't taken down

that's fair for KH1, the cutscenes do break (on vaniIIa KH1 at Ieast)

but that's just not the case for 2 or especiaIIy BBS and DDD

the way that image board works is if people stop replying to it, and other threads are created it's pushed down a list until it's archived

besides! the songs are on 60fps in the coIIection too!

I'm convinced the cutscenes are onIy 30fps in the coIIection cuz... of the red trinity in KH1

the thing straight up crashes if you force 60fps and try to use one on the PS2 version anyways

funny thing, the cutscenes for KH1 are borked at 60fps on PS2, but not on the PC version

There were other more and less demanding game that made it to 60 at any rate

san andreas had way less special effects or detailed faces. and look how it struggles to even make it to 25
