This one has a fun story

Three of my friends and I were sitting in voice and they played KH2 randomizer. one of them couldn't beat data roxas and then he got told by one of my friends that there's this cursed strat. And I didn't even know that this existed

I think we as a community atill have PTSD from the floaty stuff

It kind of is but people are probably not fully describing what they mean probably unintentionally. It's definitely a lot more grounded than like three is but three is a lot of defensive air options so it's not too terrible imo There is air stuff in 2 but gravity affects you so much more in this game.

I would put my name and money on the following statement: objectively none of the games have bad combat.

Anyone that tries to say any KH game has bad combat is not to be trusted.

I mean 3D is probably like my second favorite of the series so I'm not going to claim floaty bad but I do use a mod to reduce it in three.

3d is quite good with it too

especially Riku's side

People online are hyperbolic with it to a frustrating degree but what else would you use to describe the difference in how the game gravity feels

I would just say that I like the game feel more

but people won't do that

because they want to portray their liking as an "objective fact"

Even in that case I still feel like floaty is a better descriptor it's much more information than just game feel
