went back and reread the script for MoM. What a lot of people, including myself, have been thinking as "quadratum has no light/darkness" is actually more along the lines of "quadratum does not exist within light or darkness" aka not in the realms of light or darkness or anything in between on our side

so we can still actually see light/darkness play a role on that side

i never thought they'd get rid of that theme altogether, but i was thinking it would play a pivotal role against the next big baddie before rereading the script lol

Wouldn't the characters traveling to Quadratum bring in light/darkness? Also would shadow be a good term for not existing within light nor dark? Cause a shadow is a product of light, but light doesn't exist within it, and in darkness there is no shadow

I know the basic heartless is called shadow but they could do some interesting retcon with that, like how sora involuntarily might have been in the final world when he turned into a heartless shadow
