Considering that they all use Melee weapons (except xigbar) they probably would all die out after a few days since it would be impossible to fight millions of zombies on your own with melee weapons even with enhanced abilities.

 

Xigbar would probably be the only survivor out of the entire group because he has ranged weaponry.

are they in a building? out in the open? do nobodys even need to eat? do zombies like the taste of nobodys? i think all 13 of em, if they played thier cards right, could last for many years, or even possibly kill every zombie in the world.
