The point is this, the current state of Pokemon is not just only on Nintendo, but on GameFreak and the Pokemon company

All three of them are still stuck on the yearly format of Pokemon games

And it is not working at all

TPCi has shitty business practices, in fact they're just shitty

TPC Really needs to reconsider their practices.

The US work culture is different than Japan's work culture

Unfortunately Japan's is horrible

Especially in the gaming industry

But, there are times where people have it rough in the Western gaming companies
