So in a way "catch them all" would be like, catch these different pokemon in one region and put them in the Pokemon bank and then go to the next game and do the same

Unova was the first one I beat. I never took too much interest in pokemon. I can see how you'd think that

it was one of the best narratives in pokemon yet

Nah it was pretty basic in its world design

well, a lot of its world design was pretty much "Hey, this happens for this season"
