What do you do with the fountain puzzle

smack them all as fast as you can

you can do an air combo, dash to the next one, and air combo and repeat

i found 2 locked chests with no way to get to them

6 out of 9 but 2 are locked behind gates i cant unlocked

i cant find last 1

i wonder if there is more to that sewer system to unlock them
