A lot of it is just ingraining patterns. For the attack where he tries to steal your keyblade, he does it 3 times in a row. The second time of those 3, he tries to slash you first

So to avoid that entirely is dodge, guard, dodge then dodge again

Also he has a beam that steals items

Including kupo coins. If he gets your kupo coin, he revives after death

Which is amazing.

So better to not bring one

You can counter the beam but I just dodge roll continuously out of it. It's far safer

That'll take you to base game

You can buy items and do whatever else

Then save, exit to title screen

Press X on that file to go back to whatever dlc part you were on
