I kinda don't like how they handled this

Because in order to get a high rank, you basically have to play the bosses in very unfun ways

Like you're restricting yourself to the point where 90% of the game's mechanics aren't present

Given how people like to restrict themselves anyway like in challenge modes... i can see why the did what they did

i imagine they saw the huge pool of people doing mega restricted perfect boss runs

It's to the point where you can't even use form changes, shot locks, links or practically anything for most fights if you want the A rank

I can see this being good minus rank though

A good reason for people to flex their mash x to win and airstep/dodging skills i guess

I wish each boss had missions attached to it where it asks for certain codes to be on/off

that'd have at least made the full package varied and you can still get the A rank

I liked Rutger as Xehanort but I think I prefer Christopher Lloyd
