Xion's explanation is the same as in the ultimania, which was pisspoor to begin with. Roxas dual wielding still doesn't make sense, Terra's return, while it works with the rules of KH, doesn't work at all for the character. I could go on. KH3 chose a simple route and didn't care about narrative consistency, it just wanted to end the saga
