ok the first japanese I find who dislike the game says it's because it looks more like a movie than a game, and think it's bad that you can't know which materia to use before a fight, so they exist

tho it's a ffxv VR fishing player

Ngl, the game felt like uncharted to me a lot with the amount of narrow corridors and slow moving sections

Kinda my one major gripe with the movement in the game

Replaying the game made those sections feels worse to me personally

but when you think about it most FF are like this

only thing that looks like freedom is the world map, or ffxv big area
