you have to get a certain amount of trophies and answer the 3 questions right at the end of the game

You needed to choose the right answers to get the ending and then you have to collect all the letters in the credits sequence to get the hint about the HD remasters

CoM also doesn't have one IIRC. The Roxas video at the end just plays as long as you beat R/R.
