I feel like Remake did Tifa a lot of favors in the character quality department; her and Barret.

the arm thing was what caught my attention back before i knew it was a souls game. i'm hoping botw2 might have similar arm-based mechanics, but i'm not holding my breath (it'll probably just be "you don't need the sheikah slate now" and that's the extent)

Basically a love child of Ninja Scroll and Berserk almost, Wolf is basically Jubei Kibagami and Guts rolled into one character just alot more stoic, maybe a little bit of Rikimaru thrown in
