post endwalker feels like a waste of time if you know the entire story of ff4

because it's ff4 but better written

In a situation where you don't feel motivated to play anything and are getting desperate to just have SOMETHING good to experience

Ngl I've been grinding bozja for the relic weapon which has almost burned me out but I just wrapped up that storyline last night so I'm probably gonna start 5.5 and get to endwalker

I really tried to enjoy Bozja but I hated it

I still haven't finished it

I have a similar situation to you, but I've been happy with just my rhythm games

Luckily I don't so hopefully I'll enjoy it

I can't wait for you to experience In From The Cold

I tend to mostly not focus on story-based games because I can not for the life of me focus on them

And if I shelve the game for too long, I forget the plot

In From The Cold is one of the most insane solo duties in the game

I get that, that's how I was with eureka but idk something in bozja just clicked with me

So then I'm just confused about everything

So rhythm games have been my main genre for like forever now lol

And for me it's the opposite. Anything without story loses my interest almost immediately.

I can recommend you multiple story-based games but you'll probably complain they're not recent games

this solo duty is insane from a storytelling perspective and gameplay

some people absolutely hated it because it was one of the few solo duties that is challenging too

There have already been some pretty crazy duties so I'm excited to see what they do next

Just share them and I'll decide for myself how shit they are

Out of recent story-based games I can only recommend Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
