A weird thing, publishers have the choice on whether this disc to digi thing will work

So could just end up with not that many games allowing this if they want to be dicks

No, if they are going to reverse it there is a fuckton else of stuff they need to do and physical games is on the lowest end

Disc to digital is nice but thinking it will do a 180 on them as a company to people is a pipe dream.

Its the same logic people used a decade ago when they started their back compatibility project, its just a nice bonus nothing else.
