the arm thing was what caught my attention back before i knew it was a souls game. i'm hoping botw2 might have similar arm-based mechanics, but i'm not holding my breath (it'll probably just be "you don't need the sheikah slate now" and that's the extent)

You know why Nintendo frustrates me? Splatoon is living proof they still have what it takes to create memorable new IP’s and yet they so rarely choose to do so.

Like, imagine if all the effort that went into Splatoon was directed towards a new single player experience. That would be enough to make me forgive them. At least for a little while.
