I love SV but I see where you're coming from

they need to stop and comeback in 3-4 years then announce a new game cause this yearly thing is just not working

They need time to polish their game, I totally agree with that

mind you arceus and scarlet not even a year from both releases

maybe they wouId do that if the game's didn't break their records every singIe time

sadly the fanbase are like robots and will support it mindlessly

Question does the story of god of war ragnarök get better? I finished Alfheim and the pacing so far feels terrible. over half of the dialogue feels like the characters talking about things that already happened in the first game. very boring so far

no it's boring and cliché imo, an excuse to have great landscape and combat

this game feels like it falls into the same trap as kh3 where they overexplain the things that happened in the previous game

it has some pretty hype moments here and there, just the main plot is meh

left me wanting more, wasted potential multiple times

still overall very good

Year 5 has officially ended

Xenoblade 2 feels like such a different game from the first one

Definitely feels way more anime

Reaction shots, more absurd designs, the writing feels way lighter

I only reached chapter 3 tho, so maybe it changes

yeah people complained about that aspect a lot which caused monolith to revert it in XC3. Some of the character designs are also made by a nsfw artist. Other characters were designed by Nomura

ironically the Nomura characters are also the most well written characters in the game

Also them getting an nsfw artist makes so much sense from how Pyra looks

XC2 has the best villains in the franchise imo

and 3 has the best main cast

and 1 the best world

the cool thing about Monolith is that in each game you really see that they care about player feedback
