So it might just be because they played an old version of the game but apparently the performance mode on FF16 switches between 30 and 60 fps from exploration to combat

So either they changed it or the demo they played was very old

game showcases are weird man

that's my biggest gripe with the marketing. the stuff they show is so inconsistent

instead of showing the latest build they are mixing stuff up

so far the combat gets a lot of praise by basically every source. same for graphics and writing

seems like we get another case where sidequests and maybe zone design will be the weakest part of the game

like in basically all of cbu3's games
