I assume they will keep 7R's system even though it's hard to imagine X without them reworking the summon system

yuna's main mechanic is that she's a summoner, would be weird having 7R's summon system

after 7R I trust Kitase in terms of what they are doing. He's the brand manager and makes these decisions with the teams

as one of the dying breed of ff8 fans, i am utterly, truly saddened by this news especially if the ff9 rumors are also true

because it'll literally be the only classic 3d ff game without a true remake

VIII and XII are both games that didn't deserve getting treated like this

Okay... yeah... that's super weird. Because the comments from the FF7R team have been suggesting X-3 not a X Remake. Well... they are going to do whatever the hell they want. Clearly. But it is starting to feel like they are literally skipping FF8 and idk why either
