Usually do not have a problem with reading but if it is getting too much and is time consuming it does annoy me. Because got also other stuff to do or have to already read books for school.

No? It says use your best attacks to stagger them and continue to do it

It's not like it takes ages to get the ATB bar up

Cloud can use punisher to get it faster, Barrets triangle move does the same. Tida already hits fast enough and a lot of her stats go into speed so she's okay with it etc

The game never makes you wait long to get ATB that's why it works so well even in an action game

While it had its issues in the base game, they absolutely took the feedback to heart with the yuffie dlc

Any and all issues are gone after that

Like you don't even wait. The game isn't turn based. You still have plenty of stuff to do while "waiting", it's still an action game.
