like, the way i see it, holland is a decent enough fit for jak from the first game. no talking, youthful appearance, just gotta get him the funky ears and a wig. if not him, then someone else who does similar work (like chalamet, though i'd never actually entertain that idea)

but they need someone completely different should they end up going to jak 2 and beyond. holland just would not work at that point

i'll be honest, when i saw the casting rumor last night, my sleep-deprived brain thought it was gonna be pratt as jak and holland as daxter (probably because of the order their names were displayed in)

I know to a degree Hollywood has always done this but I really hate how Disney has conditioned people and companies to just cycle through the same 5-10 actors for a few years.
