I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Listen.

I know jack shit about Lightning, but I love her.

Lightning Returns is my guilty pleasure

True, but if it's for a cosplay, you only need to focus on the parts people see. Most of the shirt's covered by the vest and the coat, so you'd just need to work on the parts that aren't

I did play through the FF13 games recently. I haven't finished 13-2 yet and I have yet to start on LR.

Honestly the combat was more fun than I expected

I disIike 13 as much as I disIike 7R
great cutscenes, fun characters, decent diaIogue at times, nice voice acting

I greatIy disIike the gamepIay and oh my god haIIways

you can so teII forces's IeveI designer made FF7R it's not even funny

based

First games story is so-so though, especially with how they introduce things and it feels more like a chore to read up on them

I didn't even realize cocoon was a seperate planet until halfway through the game

I really hope that they get better with this in the future. It's crazy that out of all SE games I have played only FF12 and KH games had acceptable level design

I was hoping for octopath being better at this but it's honestly not that different

Makes it even more crazy that FF16 is somehow worse than FF7R despite having bigger areas

I love the way you think.

At least FF7R if you make a small detour somewhere you can actualy get something good

Do that in FF16 and you get a potion if you are lucky

heal items as rewards need to die imo

I am fine with them if they are a scarce thing, stuff like elixirs

I love that in KH you get things like ability or strength boosts

or broken shit like fire cufflinks

But if it's something you can buy cheap, what's the point

the loot cave in pirates in KH3 is always so satisfying

you get two mickey emblems, tons of treasures and crabs

KH3 loot is actually so memorable that I know the exact spots of some of the good shit

specifically cosmic arts and fire cufflinks

Items you receive as loot should only be things you can buy if a) you're early in the game and they're currently too expensive for you but won't be later, and b) same as above, only now you're further in the game and are revisiting areas to get loot you missed before

I really hope that they make some of the materia in Rebirth baseline btw. Yuffie steal should be baseline and I hope they fix the loot. You only want to steal once in the entirety of Remake which is very sad

and the loot you want to steal is aerith's weapon in the train graveyard

there's no reason to ever steal heal items because they are not needed in a normal playthrough and banned on hard mode

💀

Some of the purple materia should be standard for them all

Stuff like Parry Dodge or Deadly Dodge

And then add some new purple materia to replace them and then make those standard in part 3

I am also still hoping for a job system with the ever crisis skins but that is massive copium tbh

Ehh, I don't think this needs it
