My heart goes out to all the CDPR devs

hell week and crunch week are nightmares when at a moments notice anything and everything can change

i feel bad for them i want to buy a couple of deluxe copys for all their long hard work

like your every moment in the day becomes dedicated to the project at hand and getting it done

and the few hours of rest you do get are worth every minute

the comments on that thread really piss me off at people being ignorant or trying to downplay 100 hour work weeks cause "they do it too"

and most likely they don't get overtime pay

Buying that many copies isn't gonna help them

They already got paid

Devs are salary workers for CDPR
so they get paid what they are allotted too on a weekly basis

that or if they have contractors than whatever the contract entails

the best thing you can do for DEVs is to openly accept the product and give it a chance

the company should be flamed for doing stuff like this, but the DEVs really do and will try their absolute best

i can tell the team about to have a LOT of people gone
