It's an action game it knew what it wanted to be

LMAO no they clearly still try to advertise it as an rpg

it has the most barebones shit to be considered on

It's barebones even for an action game, especially for 40 freaking hours

You get all your combos less than 5 hours in

then the fact that it boasts open worlds and theyre literally just bigger rooms to do your combat in rather than an actual involved, rich worlds

The eikons doesn't change anything other than skills

You can choose any eikon and nothing changes based on enemy

If you were to put a level up system that messed with stats in DMC it would be considered the same genre lol
