Yeah I'm curious too; Toriyama hasn't done every thing for Dragon Ball. Most of the animated movies were written by someone else, and he didn't usually go full hands on with scene direction. He was always a minimal a producer though

But like the Super Manga for example; he gave ideas, plot points and a general flow, and even some dialouge, but it was drawn and written at least 70%-80% by his understudy

I honestly feel mixed regarding this

my primary experience with 1 and 2 were with our officiaI VHS’s, idk if they were in native 4:3 or our TV just auto-cropped them (which I know it did for Ietterboxed PS3 games)
