this is just foolishness. like, the incident was firetruckin' awful, but aren't we past the whole "video games cause violence" thing by now? the only real claim they have is facebook's leniency when it comes to firearms
(side note: they're already suing the manufacturer of the gun, so why bother focusing on these other companies??)
