You gotta talk to the pugilist people and do the quest

You get a level 30 quest from them that will turn you into a Monk

Although if you haven't done any of their quests before, you need to do that first to get the level 30 one

ah

welp time to grind level to 35 for the 2nd monk quest

Just continue the main story, it always gives you enough EXP to level up

I think part of it falls to the issue that many gamers think that every game is made for them
In that they are the target audience for every big game that comes out
