I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

Me everytime i exit the menu in E33

The way you have to time button presses in a timed box to get perfect and continue a combo reminds me of the additions from The Legend of Dragoon.

i swear, i keep hearing people say "i think that i'll get a lot of hours out of this game, so i think it's worth the $80 they're charging for it" when talking about mario kart world and it's just like... no! don't let companies determine that for you! that's the kind of thinking that gets us $80 games in the first place!
do you know how many people have put countless hours into free games and never once thought "man, i should pay money for this considering how much i play it"?

None

I say I get value's worth or extra value when I get plenty of hours out of a game for it's regular or reasonable price.

At my age, games already seemed expensive.

I believe the feature I wanted from FFXVI was the option to modify or customize the button mapping, which was of course tweaked after release.

just making sure, you saw i said "how many people play this way and never think this" right?

I saw it as said as in said out lout.

I get there are people that pay for in-app purchases on f2p gachas, though.

I don't think it's so much "how much" they play it but the limited-time features that trigger the consumers impulse of FOMO.

Not just cosmetic alterations either

There's often times where a competitive edge is given or paywalls.

That's a game I really want to try

I think it's on the classic thingy on PS so maybe I can

Also heard Lost Odyssey has something similar but I don't think that's on any modern platform

I think PAL regions can get it on PS classics now.

It's so annoying when I read comments like that

Like...NO

And, watch when GTA6 comes out, people are gonna say the exact same shit but the game is gonna cost $100

I doubt that it will cost $100

it will cost $101

RoxasExcite

LMFAO

Imagine

"I spent 300+ on this game, it's absolutely WORTH the $101! You guys are just broke af"

I can get 300+ hours for free in the free trial of the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV that includes the award winning expansions Heavensward and Stormblood with no restriction on playtime

People that justify rising prices by telling other people "you're just poor get more money lmao" make me want to punt babies

Plus tax

Maybe along the lines of the tycoons in the stock market that hate the idea that the regular man that earns a lower wage can also participate. Some people want less to be available to the poor so they can bask in being among those that have access.

Yeah it's always been like that- we can thank fellas like Robert Moses for that.

Streaming Final Fantasy VII Rebirth:

because this is a joke, right?

...r-right?

Oh yeah, Clair Obscure is made for sequels
