I honestly wouldn't mind more rpg or even open worlds just do this

It reminded me of the old school world maps a la FF's 7-9

I knew there was a way it would work outside stylized graphics, but I was just never sure how to execute it; 33 may have significantly changed the game.

I think 7-9 is the better example as that's when it went 3d

Making then look like miniatures really works so well

Keeps the scale of the world while still making good levels

Also another thing, almost any time I go exploring I end up finding something
