A few months ago a weirdo got mad because someone undercut him at the marketboard in FFXIV and because he got so mad he created a plugin/mod that allows him to see all the alt characters of other people and he used it to harass the person who undercut him.

Then due to him being an absolute psychopath he released a plugin that allows all people to see the alt accounts of others which can then be used for example by stalkers to detect other characters of their target to stalk them even more.
