mgs1 has a boss where a female character gets brainwashed and then you have to slap the shit out of her and then immediately afterwards she gets shot multiple times by a sniper and then fridged (gladly in this case the sniper was a woman)

It was an odd watch

Interestingly he always has women in prominent roles like that- every MGS game has at least one woman as a boss fight

but then the game has also combat sexual people, your team consists of people from different ethnicities and the sniper girl is a strong independent woman
