Some of these sound bad like the NPC one but the facial one is something Square has been using since the first remake games to help with lip syncing in other languages

Looked horrible in remake but much improved in rebirth

it depends on how they handle game balance. unlike hsr or wuwa it doesn't have a good story so all that carries the game is the combat

the moment it gets too unbalanced the game will fall apart

out of all SE gacha games it probably has the best combat

they should also look at FFXIV how to handle rewards
