the main world was pretty empty and too big/barren i agree, but it had things worth exploring for

Maybe I need to give 15s combat another try but I low key hated it I can't lie

it was very flawed in ways and very fun in others, i gotta give it another try too. dunno if it was my age or the games themselves but i didnt mind platinuming 15, whereas 16 i felt was pain and suffering

FF will never please everyone so I feel like Square needs to stop reading mechanical critiques for prior installments and just go all in.

They wanna turn base? Do it. Wanna full action? Do it.

They're too big to fail but also too big to meaningfully satisfy their wide customer base.
