I'm sure every rare occurance, Donald, Goofy, and I know Mickey did it once, where they showed up in the parks in their Kingdom Hearts outfits

Do you think Sora has toxic fans in Quadratum?

Probably but the thought of Nomura portraying what he sees as "toxic' is a scary thought lol

I don’t think Nomura is the type to be that pretentious

I feel like he himself isn't but sometimes the storeis he tells and games he make can be, if that makes sense

The most arrogant I’ve seen him be is stubbornly sticking with the command deck for three games straight

and onIy having one game impIement it weII

or at the Ieast
having one that handIed it the worst

Lol

But guys

Handhelds or something lol

I really don't think it would have been that hard to implement the 1 and 2 combat system on PSP, or DS even. But hey, maybe they just wanted to experiment

It’s either that or KH3 combat. Pick one.

I agree. ReMind fixed a lot.

It’s a shame. I feel like the command deck was a good idea that never got fully realized.

I like the depth of 1 and 2 but they’re not as accessible. We still have new players not realizing that magic exists, neglecting abilities, and assuming they can just mash X, and that’s all due to the somewhat obtuse design of those mechanics.

Granted, that is one thing I’ll give 2 credit for. It are least tried to teach you how to play.

To this day even veteran players I see all the time are like "I didn't know about "X", I didn't know you could do "X", hey did you know you can freeze the bubbles in Hollow Bastion you guys??"

Like bruh

Try pressing other buttons lol

For sure, it definitely helped encourage players to experiment more than 1 did. You can do some sick shit in one too tho.

And I give people shit about not adjusting Donald’s AI, but for real. There’s no reason for that to be buried under three layers of menus.

Jesus. Just have a “tactics” tab like every other game!

I will agree with that- but, I'll be honest I was a dumb kid lol all I cared about was equipment and items

I dead ass never read those Ansem reports 😂

Did later obviously

Also buried under several layers of menu

I mean I'm a magic caster at times because I love to see that blue magic bar to be used up at least besides healing, so I'm glad 3 balances out things like magic casting and physical attacks atleast, not as fun as 2 but still great overall

Honestly I liked the Command Deck. It’s no KH2 or KH3 combat system and it’s full of holes and balancing issues but that’s kind of the fun of it. It’s fun to give yourself just a bonkers moveset.

Of course for KH4 all I need is for KH3’s mechanics to be expanded upon which already seems to be the goal.

I want to hit things with a key very fast

I absolutely prefer the main game combat over the command deck

Especially since the balancing on some particular commands isn’t very good cough* Balloon spells, surge commands *cough
