That yellow bar next to it does look like it's filled up, probably from attacking.

It could be that the diamond shape has a button prompt in it once the bar is full or something like that

Given that the battle screenshot has Sora grinding on a chain, it could be the prompt for triggering transformation stuff such as that...

I can't keep up with this channel anymore there's always too much lol
